January 22nd - Somewhere in the Mediterranean

Today was our first of six days at sea. Everywhere you looked - water -
water - water.

Tomorrow we start the transit through the Suez Canal. Due to arrive at Port
Said around 12:30 tonight and start our passage through the canal at 4:30
AM.

The canal connects the Mediterranean Sea with the Red Sea and is level
throughout, with no locks.
