children Charlotte and Axel (my "French grandchildren"). It was a lovely
evening spent sharing pictures on our IPads. Poor Karine works so hard at
translating everything back and forth from English and French. Robert found
a pretty good site for being able to write messages in French and asking it
to translate to English - not perfect, but enough to get the gist of what
everyone was talking about.
Woke up to rain this morning - not allowed - only at night!
The good news is that today is spa day so the weather did not affect that.
Second, I skipped my miles. I am no longer so obsessed, most of the time
anyway, that I feel I have to get out in rain, sleet or snow, or all hours
of the night if I worked late (although I confess I do still feel
guilty).Third, I really can't complain about the weather, since this is the
first time it has been unsuitable during the daylight hours since I left
home almost three months ago, pretty amazing actually.
As I write this it is starting to clear and looks promising for tomorrow.
