Today was our last day in Canada. Spent the day walking around the town and
visited the Maritime Museum.
As we were leaving the harbor, I was excited to see that one of the four
cruise ships in port was "The World", the "Condo Cruise Ship of the Seas".
It would be so cool to own an apartment on this ship. Maybe my next life.
Tomorrow we are back in the states and even though we will not be in Boston
until Saturday, we have to go through immigration in the morning before
leaving the ship to visit Bar Harbor.
Hoping for another great day to end this cruise (I am told the weather has
gotten quite chilly in Denver).

October 3rd - Sydney, Canada
The sun was waiting for us upon our arrival in Sydney. Had a nice day
enjoying the beautiful scenery that surrounds this quaint little town.
The locals informed us that on occasion travelers have arrived at the wrong
Sydney airport - they get off the plane and discover that they are in Nova
Scotia, not Australia, really a big surprise if it happens in January
(winter here - summer in Australia). They make a big deal of it, taking
their picture and publishing them in their local newspaper. They put them up
in a local hotel until they can make arrangements to get them back on their
way down under. Legend has it that once it was a famous tennis player who
then came back the next summer and gave tennis lessons to the local children
to thank everyone for their hospitality.
