Visited the Heritage Museums and Gardens in Sandwich. They had an antique
auto collection on display that I got to drool over. I have only put my
three favorite cars up today (notice they are all convertibles).
Then we walked around the grounds viewing the eclectic art and took a ride
on the carousel.
We drove further down the cape winding around the narrow roads and stopped
at a beautiful beach. The sand dunes of Cape Cod are so different from the
rocky coasts of Maine. They are each beautiful in their own way.
I saw a sign several times that I thought would make a great place to live
"Buzzards Bay".
Ended the day with a lovely dinner for my last night before heading back to
Denver.
I will be home for a short visit, then it is on to Florida - I need some
sun!
