takes about 30 minutes to get to Papeete from Moorea on this ferry. Robert
dropped us off so he could put the car on the ferry and then we went and had
"a coffee". Great start, I even ran into people I had met at the picnic last
Sunday.
In the morning I walked around the harbor and the city, the traffic is
unbelievable.
The pictures of the very dramatic looking black and white ship are of the
"Arctic". It was very impressive.
The P & O Oriana was in port today, so there were a lot of tourists. The
last photo shows all the people on the decks as they prepare for their sail
away. It appeared and sounded very festive with all the music coming from
the ship.
I took so many pictures, that I will continue with my visit to Tahiti in the
following couple of days.
