stop was Palm Coast, Florida where I said goodbye to Marcus and headed West
to Naples, Florida, where I will be spending the next three months.
Today I got back into the swing of things and did my first complete workout
post-surgery. It felt great!
So glad to have missed the sub-zero cold snap in Denver, the weather here
has been nothing short of spectacular, with temps in the 80s,
